CAPTION PART 1 Caption text is a short text that is used to complete an image. Caption text appears usually under pictures, photos, graphics, posters and even tables.  All caption text has at least two sentences.  -The first sentence is present tense and explains what is happening in the picture by answering 5W (what, when, where, why, who).  -The second sentence is the past tense or past tense and describes the background or situation behind the picture.  -The third sentence should be a quote that completes the story in the picture. It is used to promote you as a job candidate.  Structure of Text 1. Heading Containing the your and employer's contact information, including Name, Address, Phone number, and email, and the date 2. Salutation A Salutation is a greeting used in a letter or other communication. Example : Dear Sir/Madame 3. Body Of Letter Paraghraps : 1) Purpose of writing this letter 2) Telling your experience and accomplishment 3) Thank you to the employer would like to invite you to the interview 4) Complimentary close, for example "best" or "Sincerely" 4.
